Sustainability reinforces and embodies healthful social, economic, and environmental practices. Without those three "pillars," sustainability is not complete. I am attempting to strengthen communities through increasing sustainable initiatives in order to maintain thriving relationships and species. I have high hopes for the future of sustainability on our planet, and I am dedicated to making sure that everyday practices are helping our planet move further, opposed to taking a step back. Through my education at Arizona State University, I have been able to apply my learnings to real-world situations, including: solving the issue of paint waste and pollution, aiding in the development stages of creating a sustainable green house for the Navajo Nation, and applying my skills for an organization that helped train organic farmers in rural India.
